Job Brief:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on IT Head to lead the technology function of a growing manufacturing organization in Dubai. The role involves defining and executing IT strategy, managing IT infrastructure, overseeing SAP S/4 Hana and other ERP systems, ensuring cybersecurity and compliance, and driving digital transformation initiatives. The IT Head will lead a team of IT professionals, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate across business units to enhance operational efficiency through technology.

Job Responsibilities:
ERP & Business Applications:

• Manage SAP S/4 HANA system and ensure smooth functioning of all ERP modules (MM, FICO, SD, PM, HR, BI).
• Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users.
• Oversee other business applications and provide end-user support.

IT Infrastructure & Security:

• Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, cloud services, and SAP-related infrastructure.
• Establish and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and controls.
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead disaster recovery, business continuity, and IT risk management initiatives.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, defining clear roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics.
• Promote continuous learning and adoption of modern technologies.

IT Operations & Projects:

• Manage day-to-day IT operations and support for all business units.
• Lead IT projects including ERP/CRM implementations, cloud migration, automation, and digitalization initiatives.
• Collaborate with business units to digitize processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and cloud solutions.

Vendor & Budget Management:

• Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and consultants.
• Negotiate contracts and optimize IT procurement costs.
• Manage IT budgets and procurement of hardware/software.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with IT-related legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Execute ad hoc projects assigned by senior management.
