Job Brief:
Our client, a leading player in the UAE’s food delivery industry, is seeking a highly organized and experienced IT Project Manager to oversee in-house digital projects. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing food tech systems, a deep understanding of the UAE market, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams of 15–20 members. This role focuses on ensuring smooth delivery of internal tech solutions, from planning to deployment, while improving process efficiency and stakeholder alignment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end management of in-house IT projects, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with engineering, design, QA, operations, and business teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Translate internal business needs into detailed technical documentation, workflows, and project plans.
• Oversee multiple in-house system development and enhancement projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Manage and mentor a team of 15–20 members, ensuring efficient resource allocation, task prioritization, and productivity tracking.
• Implement Agile/Scrum practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.
• Facilitate collaboration between departments to resolve roadblocks and deliver optimal user-focused solutions.
• Monitor project KPIs and provide clear progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure post-deployment support and coordination with operational and technical teams for maintenance.
