Job Brief:We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Support professional to join the team in Dubai. The role involves providing end-to-end technical support, managing IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across systems, networks, and devices.
Job Responsibilities: - Handle service requests related to software and hardware support, including setup and configuration of new laptops and IP phones.
- Administer and manage CISCO routers, switches, access points, access control systems, servers, network printers, video conferencing devices, and security devices such as UTM and firewalls.
- Install, configure, and administer operating systems, including Windows and Windows Server.
- Provide PC hardware support, including assembly, configuration, troubleshooting of desktops, and server upgrades.
- Implement, configure, and troubleshoot network-related issues.
- Manage security-related systems and ensure system integrity.
- Troubleshoot and maintain software-related issues, including Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including reports, asset lists, monthly status reports, and helpdesk records.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and related peripherals.
- Perform testing and configuration of new hardware and software systems before implementation.
