Job Brief:We are seeking a dynamic
Cloud Systems & IT Support Engineer who specializes in supporting and administering
Microsoft 365 and cloud-based platforms such as MS Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of managing IT operations with a strong focus on cloud technologies, user support, and system reliability. This role requires expertise in managing cloud accounts, collaboration platforms, and enterprise applications, alongside general IT support functions.
Job Responsibilities:1. Microsoft 365 & Cloud Platforms Administration- Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
- Provide administration and user support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
- Oversee onboarding processes, including cloud account provisioning, laptop setup, application installations, and configurations.
- Ensure seamless integration and functionality across Microsoft cloud services.
2. IT Helpdesk & Support Operations- Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues within the Dubai office.
- Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using ManageEngine ticketing system.
- Provide remote support for off-site employees and escalate issues when required.
3. Hardware & Infrastructure Support- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and access control devices.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware-related issues.
- Ensure secure disposal and data wiping of retired IT equipment.
4. Network & Connectivity- Monitor and support internet and internal network connectivity.
- Liaise with service providers (Du, Etisalat) for telecom and internet services, including installation, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
5. Asset & Documentation Management- Maintain an updated inventory of IT hardware, software, and cloud accounts.
- Document system configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
- Ensure all IT assets are tagged and properly recorded.
6. General IT Operations- Maintain physical security of IT infrastructure (e.g., server room access).
- Train staff on best practices for cloud applications and basic IT procedures.
