Job Brief:

Our client in the joinery and interior fit-out industry is seeking an experienced Joinery Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and secure projects for residential and commercial interior works across the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing long-term business relationships, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets while promoting the company's joinery solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the UAE construction and interior fit-out market, with proven experience in sourcing villa and building interior projects. This role requires excellent business development skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project award.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new business opportunities for joinery and interior fit-out projects across the UAE.
Source villa, residential, commercial, and building interior projects through developers, consultants, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to generate repeat business.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand project requirements and recommend suitable joinery solutions.
Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and tender submissions in coordination with the estimation and technical teams.
Follow up on submitted proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
Coordinate with design, estimation, production, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction and fit-out projects to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project updates using CRM or internal reporting systems.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience within the UAE joinery, interior fit-out, furniture, or construction industry.
Proven experience sourcing villa and building interior projects within the UAE.
Strong network of consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and project owners.
Experience preparing quotations, proposals, and participating in commercial negotiations.
Excellent knowledge of joinery products, interior fit-out solutions, and project sales processes.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of generating new business independently.
A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
