Job Brief:
A growing organization in the chemical industry is seeking a Junior Chemical Engineer to gradually develop technical expertise across product lines, quality standards, and supplier research.
This role is designed for a technically inclined and highly motivated individual who is passionate about chemistry and eager to grow into a key technical contributor over time. The successful candidate will receive ongoing training and mentorship, with the opportunity to develop into a trusted technical advisor within three years.

Job Responsibilities:

Gradually develop expertise in analyzing and understanding product lines, including their applications and production procedures over time.
Support quality assessments to ensure high standards are consistently maintained, with structured training and mentorship.
Assist in researching and identifying top-tier suppliers and manufacturers, gradually building technical knowledge and professional networks.
Collaborate with the technical team to enhance and innovate product development, with the objective of growing into a key technical advisor within three years.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience is ideal; however, strong potential and a demonstrated willingness to learn and grow are highly valued.
A genuine passion for chemistry, with eagerness to explore technical details and continuously expand product knowledge.
Strong research skills and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to continuous professional growth.
Native or near-native English proficiency is essential, as the role requires frequent communication with international teams, senior management, and key external partners.
Enthusiastic about chemistry and dedicated to deepening technical expertise over time.
Open to training and gradually taking on increased responsibilities as they grow within the company.
Given the sensitive nature of product formulations and intellectual property, preference may be given to candidates who can work closely with management in a trusted, long-term capacity.
