Job Brief:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to join our client in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil engineering and proficiency in AutoCAD. The Junior Engineer will assist in the design, development, and implementation of construction projects, ensuring all work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and modification of engineering designs, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary data for project planning.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, including reports, proposals, and technical drawings.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as required.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all project-related activities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, but fresh graduates with relevant internships will also be considered.
• Must be Emirati/UAE National.
• Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet project deadlines.
