Job Brief:
We are looking for a highly motivated Junior HSE Officer to join our engineering operations in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental practices across our worksites in the UAE. The ideal candidate will drive compliance with local regulations and company policies while promoting a proactive safety culture.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs at project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, EHSMS (including AD/EHSMS if applicable), and other regulatory requirements.
• Deliver HSE training and toolbox talks to staff and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate safety records, including reports, permits, PPE issuance, and incident logs.
• Monitor and manage emergency response plans and first aid readiness.
• Liaise with authorities and external auditors during inspections or site visits.
• Promote a safe working environment through visible leadership and active engagement.
