Job Brief:
We are seeking a Junior HVAC Engineer to support HVAC execution activities across commercial and residential construction projects in Dubai. The role involves assisting senior engineers with site supervision, coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems while ensuring compliance with approved drawings, UAE standards, and project timelines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on UAE construction experience and strong coordination skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Support HVAC execution activities for commercial and residential construction projects.
Assist in supervising the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems.
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers for HVAC-related works.
Ensure HVAC installations are executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and UAE standards.
Assist in reviewing HVAC shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance related to HVAC activities.
Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
Prepare and maintain daily and weekly progress reports, site documentation, and records.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5–8 years of relevant HVAC experience.
Construction project experience is mandatory.
Proven UAE experience in HVAC systems execution.
Basic to intermediate hands-on experience in: Chiller systems, VRF systems, and HVAC installation and coordination.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Working knowledge of UAE codes, standards, and authority requirements.
Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
