Job Brief:
The Junior Sales & Logistics Coordinator will support the sales and logistics teams by processing orders, preparing shipping documentation, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and customers. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is eager to grow within sales coordination and logistics operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination:
  • Assist in preparing sales offers and quotations for customers in coordination with the sales team.
  • Submit confirmed offers to customers and follow up on feedback.
  • Prepare sales contracts and proforma invoices using SAP.
  • Share sales contracts/proforma invoices with customers and collect counter-signed copies.
  • Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely entry in the system.
  • Liaise with the sales team to confirm product availability, pricing, and lead times.
  • Maintain and update sales records, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and documentation.
  • Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes based on customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with the production team to monitor order readiness and dispatch timelines.
  • Prepare weekly shipment schedules and share with internal teams.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned.

Logistics Coordination:
  • Coordinate shipment schedules with logistics providers and transporters.
  • Arrange vessel bookings and inland transportation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and transporter teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery to the port.
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely deliveries to customers.
  • Prepare basic shipping documentation, including customs documents when required.
  • Ensure all logistics activities comply with domestic and international regulations.
  • Support the logistics team in day-to-day operations and assist in resolving shipment-related issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination and logistics support, preferably within the agribusiness, fertilizer, or chemical industries.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of SAP ERP system is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of international trade terms and shipping documentation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
