Job Brief:The Junior Support Engineer will provide technical support for a leading company’s range of MEP and HVAC products. The role involves assisting clients and internal teams with troubleshooting, installation guidance, and after-sales support while ensuring the smooth operation of systems. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in the HVAC/MEP sector who are eager to build a strong technical foundation.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide first-line technical support for MEP and HVAC product inquiries from clients and internal teams.
- Assist in product installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting under senior engineer guidance.
- Support after-sales service by addressing product performance issues and coordinating with suppliers/manufacturers if needed.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including product manuals, troubleshooting guides, and service reports.
- Stay updated with technical specifications and features of the company’s product portfolio.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical inputs and solutions for client requirements.
