Job Brief:
The Junior Support Engineer will provide technical support for a leading company’s range of MEP and HVAC products. The role involves assisting clients and internal teams with troubleshooting, installation guidance, and after-sales support while ensuring the smooth operation of systems. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in the HVAC/MEP sector who are eager to build a strong technical foundation.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support for MEP and HVAC product inquiries from clients and internal teams.
Assist in product installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting under senior engineer guidance.
Support after-sales service by addressing product performance issues and coordinating with suppliers/manufacturers if needed.
Prepare and maintain documentation, including product manuals, troubleshooting guides, and service reports.
Stay updated with technical specifications and features of the company’s product portfolio.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical inputs and solutions for client requirements.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
1–2 years of experience in technical support within MEP or HVAC products (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing solutions, and MEP equipment.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Open to candidates with abroad experience.
