Job Brief:Our client, a leading player in the plastics manufacturing industry, is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic accounts across the UAE. The role requires driving specifications with consultants, securing project approvals, building strong relationships with contractors and distributors, and ensuring profitable growth in the PVC pipes (duct) segment.
Job Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of approximately 60–80 named strategic accounts with clear territory and account plans.
- Drive specification approvals with consultants, handle submittals, secure BOQs, and ensure post-award project execution.
- Develop and execute distributor programs, including sell-out actions, volume ladders, product displays, and training sessions.
- Negotiate service bundles covering delivery schedules, minimum order quantities, and payment instruments (PN/UAEDDS/insured limits/guarantees).
- Ensure effective use of CRM systems with weekly pipeline updates, 60-day forecasts, and detailed activity logs.
- Defend contribution margins and ensure terms of trade are consistently met.
