Job Brief:
Our client, a leading plastics manufacturing company, is seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager – Construction Sheets (Protection/Isolation) to drive sales and expand market share across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction materials sales, excellent consultant/contractor relationships, and a proven track record in project conversions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Build contractor and consultant demand and accelerate sell-out for construction protection sheets.
  • Establish recurring project packs with top-tier contractors and consultants.
  • Map key construction projects, execute site call cycles, and secure consultant approvals and BOQ placements.
  • Activate sales channels with bundles, agreed delivery windows, and sell-out programs.
  • Implement two-plan pricing strategies (Delivered with terms vs Pickup + Fast-Pay).
  • Apply conditional rebates based on proof of pickup, fast pay, or self-unload.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure service levels, stock availability, and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM updates, sales forecasting, and reporting.
Job Requirements:
  • 5–8+ years of experience in construction materials sales (sheets, membranes, films, geosynthetics, or similar) within the UAE/GCC.
  • Strong existing network and coverage of consultants and contractors across Dubai/Northern Emirates, and Abu Dhabi.
  • Proven track record in project conversions and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with disciplined CRM and forecasting practices.
