Job Brief:
A leading plastics manufacturing company is seeking a Key Account Manager – Shrink-Hood Pallet Covers & PE Sheets (Industrial Films) to drive revenue growth across the UAE. The role focuses on building strong relationships with end-users in the beverage, FMCG, and building materials sectors, defending pricing, and expanding contributions per kilogram sold.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a named account plan covering ~60–100 accounts; maintain a monthly conversion cadence and win back dormant accounts.
Negotiate service bundles, including pickup vs delivered options, lead-time windows, and payment instruments.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure account requirements are met.
Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, accurate pipeline updates, and sales forecasting.
Defend pricing using clear, plain-English offer menus; ensure transparency in customer negotiations.

Job Requirements:

5–10+ years of experience in industrial films sales in UAE, with proven success in shrink-hoods, PE sheets, or similar products.
Strong pricing negotiation skills and ability to clearly communicate offer structures.
Relationship builder with traders and end-users.
Valid UAE driving license.
Excellent communication, organization, and forecasting skills.
