Job Brief:We are seeking a results-driven
Key Account Manager with strong exposure to
trade marketing and key account handling within the UAE FMCG market. The role focuses on executing trade marketing strategies across
Modern Trade (MT), General Trade (GT), and Wholesale channels, improving in-store visibility, driving secondary sales, managing promotions, and strengthening distributor and retailer execution. The ideal candidate will be highly field-oriented with strong coordination and analytical skills.
Job Responsibilities: Trade Marketing & Execution- Execute trade marketing plans across Modern Trade, General Trade, and Wholesale channels in line with brand objectives.
- Implement and monitor in-store promotions, visibility initiatives, merchandising activities, and POSM deployment.
- Ensure correct product placement, planogram compliance, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution at the store level.
Retail & Wholesale Coordination- Work closely with internal sales teams and distributors to drive secondary sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Support retail activations across key supermarket chains, groceries, and wholesale markets.
- Coordinate promotional activities with key retailers and wholesalers to improve sell-out performance.
Market Intelligence & Reporting- Track market activities including competitor pricing, promotions, visibility, and new product launches.
- Analyze sales trends, promotion performance, and return on investment (ROI).
- Prepare and submit regular reports on trade activities, execution status, and market feedback.
Distributor & Sales Support- Support distributors in executing trade schemes and incentive programs effectively.
- Conduct joint market visits with sales teams to ensure execution quality and compliance.
- Assist with new product launches, trade presentations, and development of sales tools.
Budget & POSM Management- Manage allocated trade marketing budgets efficiently.
- Forecast, track, and control POSM inventory and deployment across channels.
- Ensure timely availability of POSM materials for campaigns and product launches.
