Job Brief:The Key Account Manager - Self-Service Stores will be responsible for driving full-year revenue, margin growth, and flawless in-store execution across the self-service sector, focusing on medium-sized supermarkets for our noodles and broader FMCG product range.
Job Responsibilities:- Business Development Agreements (BDA) & Terms: Negotiate listing fees, shelf rentals, rebates, and payment terms with self-service retail chains.
- Promotional Calendar Management: Develop and secure a 12-month promotional calendar (including leaflets, thematic events, etc.), finalized at least three months in advance.
- Forecasting & Replenishment: Conduct weekly sell-out analysis to minimize out-of-stock (OOS) situations and reduce aged inventory.
- In-Store Execution (Perfect Store): Ensure execution of planograms, secondary displays, and promotion compliance audits.
- Data Analytics & Insights: Analyze POS data and market share to identify untapped opportunities and key growth drivers.
