Job Brief:
The Key Account Manager - Self-Service Stores will be responsible for driving full-year revenue, margin growth, and flawless in-store execution across the self-service sector, focusing on medium-sized supermarkets for our noodles and broader FMCG product range.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Business Development Agreements (BDA) & Terms: Negotiate listing fees, shelf rentals, rebates, and payment terms with self-service retail chains.
  • Promotional Calendar Management: Develop and secure a 12-month promotional calendar (including leaflets, thematic events, etc.), finalized at least three months in advance.
  • Forecasting & Replenishment: Conduct weekly sell-out analysis to minimize out-of-stock (OOS) situations and reduce aged inventory.
  • In-Store Execution (Perfect Store): Ensure execution of planograms, secondary displays, and promotion compliance audits.
  • Data Analytics & Insights: Analyze POS data and market share to identify untapped opportunities and key growth drivers.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing key accounts in self-service
  • Proven track record in expanding distribution and delivering measurable improvements in promotion ROI.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills in multicultural environments.
  • Solid understanding of FMCG retail operations, category management, and shopper behavior.
  • Proficiency in data tools (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, or other retail analytics platforms).
  • Ability to build business cases supported by data and drive internal alignment for commercial decisions.
  • Experience in managing promotional budgets and measuring return on investment.
  • Results-driven with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
