Job Brief:The Key Account Manager will take full ownership of revenue, margin, and in-store execution across Tier-1 modern trade channels—hypermarkets and large-format supermarkets—for our noodles and FMCG product portfolio.
Job Responsibilities:- Joint Business Planning: Lead BDA negotiations covering pricing, margins, and trading terms, and finalize annual growth plans with each key account.
- Activation Calendar Management: Build and lock in a 12-month promotional calendar (leaflets, thematic events, etc.) at least three months in advance.
- Demand & Supply Alignment: Maintain a 12-week rolling forecast and collaborate with the supply chain to ensure ≥98% on-shelf availability.
- Perfect Store Standards: Drive execution of planograms, secondary displays, and POSM standards through a team of field merchandisers.
- Data-Driven Selling: Utilize retailer portals and Nielsen data to identify actionable insights and drive corrective measures.
- Financial Control & Reporting: Monitor trade spend ROI, manage rebate accruals, and ensure consistent P&L delivery across accounts.
