Key Account Manager – Fine Dining to manage and expand relationships with high-end dining establishments across Dubai. Job Responsibilities:- Manage and grow relationships with assigned fine dining key accounts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the fine dining segment.
- Lead the launch of new premium and specialty products in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve billing issues.
- Conduct regular account reviews and share performance insights with management.
- Monitor stock availability and proactively address out-of-stock or short-expiry situations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fine dining channel.
- Track competitor activities including pricing and promotions.
- Address service-related concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate customer data, contact logs, and visit records.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for timely stock delivery.
- Collaborate with chefs and purchasing teams to support menu development and product placement.
- Leverage technical and culinary support to drive listings and product trials.
- Follow designated call cycles and visit plans to maintain account frequency.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports with actionable growth strategies.
- Monitor customer credit limits and assist in payment collections.
- Recommend new fine dining accounts and identify opportunities for premium product placement.
- Participate in tender processes and monitor deadlines, volumes, and pricing compliance.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, pricing structures, and contractual obligations.
