Job Brief:
Our client is hiring an experienced and commercially driven Key Account Manager (KAM) with a background in food delivery apps in the UAE or GCC market to manage restaurant partnerships and drive growth through ad sales, promotional offers, and exclusive discounts.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and expand key restaurant and brand partnerships.
  • Drive in-app advertisement sales and increase ad revenue.
  • Negotiate and secure exclusive discounts, bundle deals, and limited-time offers to increase customer acquisition and order frequency.
  • Lead end-to-end restaurant onboarding and menu optimization.
  • Collaborate with marketing and campaign teams to boost partner visibility.
  • Track account performance using data dashboards and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and ensure strong partner retention.
  • Achieve monthly targets on GMV, ad revenue, and discount campaign volume.
Job Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in the food delivery, q-commerce, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Proven track record in sales, ad monetization, and offer negotiations.
  • Deep understanding of the GCC food delivery landscape.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree minimum; MBA is preferred.
  • UAE driving license is a must.
  • Arabic language is a plus.
