Job Brief:
A leading building materials company is looking for an experienced and proactive Key Accounts Manager to lead its expansion efforts in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, local market knowledge, and a proven track record in sales or business development within the construction, building materials, or plumbing sectors.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets throughout Saudi Arabia.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with specifiers, architects, contractors, and distributors.
  • Identify and follow up on new business opportunities, including project specifications and tenders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support business planning and positioning.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Submit regular reports and performance updates to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regional regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry in Saudi Arabia.
  • Prior experience in building materials or plumbing products preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and client expectations.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region and work collaboratively in a global team environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts in a competitive market.
