Job Brief:
Our client is seeking a highly driven Key Account Manager to lead and grow Modern Trade accounts across KSA. The role will focus on winning new listings, driving planogram compliance, building profitable promotional calendars, and ensuring price discipline. The selected candidate will play a key role in strengthening brand visibility and converting trade investments into measurable ROI.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the national Key Account strategy and Joint Business Plans (JBP) for each retail chain.
  • Negotiate listings, new product development (NPD), planograms, and annual trading terms with key retailers.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews to track progress and strengthen partnerships.
  • Build and manage the Key Account promo calendar, ensuring a shift in spend towards visibility and sampling activities.
  • Enforce price compliance and protect brand positioning in the market.
  • Lead forecasting, order management, and execution of product launches, secondary displays, and end caps.
  • Oversee validation of Key Account claims and deductions, working closely with distributors and finance teams.
  • Coach and guide Key Account Executives and merchandising supervisors by setting weekly store priorities and performance scorecards.
Job Requirements:
  • 6–10 years of experience in Key Account Management/Modern Trade within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven success in managing cross-category portfolios (preferably Noodles & Bar Soaps).
  • Strong relationships with national retailers in KSA.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Based in Riyadh with a willingness to travel across KSA.
