Job Brief:
We are seeking Leasing Advisors to manage the full leasing cycle for residential and commercial properties. The role involves handling tenant inquiries, conducting property viewings, executing tenancy contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting tenant relations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on leasing experience in the UAE, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of RERA regulations and Ejari processes.

Job Responsibilities:
Leasing & Tenant Relations
  • Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
  • Negotiate rental prices and leasing terms with prospective tenants.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings and virtual tours.
  • Guide applicants through the leasing process, including documentation, approvals, and Ejari registration.
  • Prepare, review, and execute tenancy contracts in line with RERA and company policies.
  • Coordinate tenant move-in and move-out procedures.
  • Support lease renewals, terminations, and tenant retention activities.
Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available units via Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and internal channels.
  • Ensure online listings are accurate, detailed, and visually updated.
  • Participate in promotional activities, community events, and exhibitions to generate leasing leads.
Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure all leasing transactions comply with Dubai Land Department and RERA regulations.
  • Maintain organized and updated documentation of tenancy files and records.
  • Submit documents for Ejari registration and contract approvals.
Market Intelligence
  • Monitor rental market trends, competitor pricing, and tenant feedback.
  • Share insights and recommendations on pricing and tenant preferences with management.
Reporting & Coordination
  • Prepare and present regular leasing performance and occupancy reports.
  • Coordinate closely with property management, facilities, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Job Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of leasing experience in residential or commercial properties in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of RERA laws, Ejari procedures, and Dubai leasing regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems (e.g., Masterkey, PropSpace).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage tenant concerns professionally.
  • RERA Certificate or Real Estate Broker License (preferred).
  • Valid UAE Driving License and access to a personal vehicle.
