Job Brief:
We are hiring a Logistics Executive for a leading agrochemical manufacturing company based in Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA). The role involves overseeing the full cycle of import and export operations, customs clearance, documentation, and warehouse coordination. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with JAFZA and KEZAD customs procedures, strong knowledge of SAP and E-Mirsal, and the ability to manage daily logistics activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee stock rotation and loading of finished goods after production.
• Plan and coordinate loading and unloading activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle customs clearance for import and export processes using Mirsal-II.
• Prepare and manage import/export documentation in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Generate tokens for company trailers handling container movements.
• Submit customs documents physically to Dubai Customs in the absence of the driver.
• Manage exit/entry creation and track container movements.
• Process claim payments related to Dubai Customs.
• Conduct quality and quantity verification at the loading bay.
• Supervise and manage loading/unloading staff in coordination with the Production Supervisor.
• Update and maintain payment reports for DP World and Dubai Customs.
• Ensure optimal usage of company trailers and report trip commission details to HR.
• Create gate passes for material entry into the facility.
• Support procurement activities including obtaining quotes, handling local purchases, and managing AMCs.
• Liaise effectively with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters to ensure timely dispatches.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management in line with business requirements.
