Job Brief:
We are seeking an Order Management & Logistics Executive to oversee local dispatches within the UAE and manage end-to-end order processing. The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics operations, order management, and a strong understanding of incoterms, with knowledge of documentation for dangerous goods being an advantage. Prior industry experience is beneficial, but candidates from any sector are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage local dispatches within the UAE, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
• Handle logistics operations for Jebel Ali Free Zone in compliance with local regulations.
• Oversee order management processes, from order receipt to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with transporters, shipping lines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
• Ensure compliance with regulations for handling and transporting dangerous goods.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipments, including hazardous materials.
• Liaise with customs authorities and regulatory bodies for necessary approvals and clearances.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize stock movement.
• Address and resolve logistics or order-related issues, delays, or discrepancies proactively.
• Oversee import and export shipments, coordinating with shipping lines, customs, and regulatory authorities.
