Job Brief:

Our client is seeking a Logistics Officer to coordinate shipments, deliveries, and transportation activities at its manufacturing operations in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and verifying shipping documents, tracking shipments, coordinating customs clearance activities, and maintaining logistics records using SAP and Microsoft Office.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant logistics experience, a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, and practical knowledge of shipping documentation and transportation coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries, and transportation activities.
Prepare and verify shipping documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate customs clearance activities and follow up on shipment documentation.
Maintain accurate logistics records and shipment information using SAP and Microsoft Office.
Communicate with transporters, freight forwarders, and relevant departments to coordinate shipment movements.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
2–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.
Experience coordinating shipments, deliveries, and transportation.
Knowledge of shipping documentation and customs clearance procedures.
Ability to track shipments and maintain accurate logistics records.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
Good organisational and coordination skills.
Experience in a manufacturing environment will be preferred.
