Job Brief:The Spare Parts & Logistics Support will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of service orders, logistics, and invoicing processes for Liquid & Powder Technologies (LPT) across the Middle East region. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely deliveries, accurate documentation, efficient communication with customers and internal teams, and support for financial reconciliation and reporting.
Job Responsibilities:- Coordinate spare parts and service orders for the LPT division across the Middle East region.
- Act as a point of contact between customers, sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor and follow up on deliveries and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Analyze order backlog and provide monthly sales forecasts.
- Manage invoicing processes and ensure timely closure of orders in the system.
- Follow up on accounts receivables and support payment reconciliation with the Finance team.
- Provide backup support for offer processing during team absences.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Groups, and Application Centers for seamless operations.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to support accurate internal and external communication.
