Job Brief:We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator with a focus on
brand awareness and campaign execution. This role involves supporting brand strategies, coordinating 360-degree marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistency across all communication channels. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of digital and traditional marketing tactics.
Job Responsibilities:Brand & Campaign Management- Assist in developing and executing brand awareness strategies across digital and traditional channels.
- Coordinate the planning, launch, and performance tracking of marketing campaigns that drive engagement and brand growth.
- Support the creation of campaign briefs, timelines, and asset management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on brand.
- Work with design, content, and external vendors to produce marketing materials (ads, emails, videos, print).
Performance & Reporting- Track KPIs like reach, impressions, engagement, and share of voice.
- Track and report on KPIs related to brand awareness, such as reach, impressions, engagement, and share of voice.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all internal and external communications.
- Monitor social media and digital trends to identify brand opportunities and inform campaign strategy.
Marketing Calendar & Events- Support the planning and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns in line with with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Digital, Retails, branding etc.) and agencies (creative social) to execute and optimize marketing calendar campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign alignment.
- Organize marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Social Media & Digital- Collaborate with the social media agency to create and manage content calendars.
- Oversee both paid and organic content execution.
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant strategies into our campaigns and content.
- Update the company website and other digital platforms.
- Explore innovative marketing and promotion channels.
Research & Collaboration- Assist with market research and audience analysis.
- Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
- Support influencer partnerships, sponsorships, and PR efforts aimed at elevating brand presence.
