Marketing Executive to lead marketing initiatives across digital, print, and event platforms. The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads through various marketing tools, and support business growth in the
UAE and GCC steel fabrication market. This position works closely with sales, operations, and management teams to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with organizational objectives.
Job Responsibilities:Digital & Content Marketing:- Oversee website content, SEO performance, and user experience.
- Manage Google Ads, SEO, and analytics to increase visibility and conversions.
- Create and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Develop brochures, datasheets, and case studies tailored to target client segments.
- Coordinate photography and video shoots for projects, facilities, and team activities.
Brand & Communication:- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Develop impactful client presentations and internal briefing documents.
- Write and distribute press releases, newsletters, and media features.
- Manage internal communications and branded content to enhance team engagement.
Events & Outreach:- Plan and execute participation in key industry exhibitions and trade shows (e.g., SteelFab, Big 5).
- Coordinate booth setup, promotional materials, and event logistics.
- Support client engagement initiatives such as factory tours and open-house events.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:- Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, and client requirements.
- Maintain and expand a database of industry contacts and media partners.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
- Track KPIs and prepare detailed monthly performance reports.
Additional Responsibilities:- Develop client testimonials and project case studies for marketing use.
- Support CRM integration with marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
- Liaise with external agencies, designers, and freelancers.
- Stay updated with evolving marketing technologies and industrial sector trends.
