- Manage digital platforms: SEO, social media, email marketing, content creation, and paid media.
- Coordinate with PR agencies, influencers, and media partners for enhanced brand visibility.
- Track market trends, competitor insights, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting KPIs and monitoring performance.
- Collaborate with operations, culinary, and creative teams to ensure marketing alignment with business goals.
- Oversee marketing budgets, ROI analysis, and reporting to senior management.
