Job Brief:
The Marketing Manager will lead the full marketing function across multiple F&B concepts, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on marketing expertise specific to the F&B and hospitality sector. The position covers oversight of brand strategy, content creation, digital marketing, and campaign execution across restaurants, cafés, and delivery platforms.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for all F&B outlets.
  • Drive brand positioning, storytelling, and ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns, including promotions, product launches, and seasonal activations.
  • Manage digital platforms: SEO, social media, email marketing, content creation, and paid media.
  • Coordinate with PR agencies, influencers, and media partners for enhanced brand visibility.
  • Track market trends, competitor insights, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting KPIs and monitoring performance.
  • Collaborate with operations, culinary, and creative teams to ensure marketing alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, ROI analysis, and reporting to senior management.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Proven expertise in branding, digital marketing strategies, and campaign management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior in the regional F&B sector.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
