Job Brief:
As a Marketing Specialist at our client's dynamic ADGM-regulated brokerage firm, you will lead the execution of digital marketing initiatives with a strong focus on SEO, social media strategy, and brand positioning within a regulated financial environment. You’ll collaborate closely with compliance, sales, and senior leadership to drive lead generation, enhance audience engagement, and support overall business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
SEO & Website Management:
• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research, site audits, and backlink strategies to improve search rankings.
• Monitor SEO performance via Google Analytics, SEMrush, Search Console, etc.
• Optimize landing pages and website content for traffic and lead generation.
• Collaborate with developers to improve website structure and page speed.
Social Media Marketing:
• Manage and grow presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Create and schedule engaging, compliant content (text, visuals, video).
• Track performance metrics and adapt strategy based on insights.
• Maintain consistency in tone, branding, and regulatory adherence.
Content Creation & Brand Communication:
• Create compelling content for blogs, newsletters, ads, and digital brochures.
• Write clear, engaging copy while ensuring compliance with ADGM guidelines.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and agencies for visual content.
• Ensure all messaging reflects a professional and credible brand image.
Performance Analysis & Strategy:
• Track KPIs and report regularly on campaign performance and ROI.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush.
• Suggest data-driven improvements to boost traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
• Work closely with compliance to ensure all materials meet ADGM regulations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing with business objectives.
• Support event marketing and client engagement initiatives as needed.
