Job Brief:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies and campaigns to support the company’s growth objectives within the real estate market. This role oversees digital marketing initiatives, content creation, advertising campaigns, and lead-generation activities, while working closely with sales teams to ensure alignment with business targets. The candidate must have strong digital marketing expertise, creative content development skills, and the ability to analyze campaign performance.

Job Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing activities.
Digital Marketing Management
  • Manage and optimize digital channels, including the company website, social media platforms, and email marketing.
  • Implement SEO/SEM initiatives to enhance online visibility and engagement.
  • Maintain content calendars and manage daily posting across platforms.
Content Creation & Branding
  • Produce engaging content for social media, blogs, website, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with photographers and videographers to develop visual content for listings and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure brand tone, messaging, and visual identity are reflected consistently.
Advertising & Lead Generation
  • Manage advertising budgets and campaigns across property portals, Google Ads, and social media.
  • Optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and generate qualified leads for sales teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting and messaging as needed.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Track and analyze marketing data and campaign effectiveness using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
  • Recommend improvements based on data trends and market conditions.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content management systems, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in managing social media accounts and familiarity with paid media specifications.
  • Strong creative writing and visual content development skills.
  • Analytical ability to assess campaign performance and optimize strategy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with sales teams and internal departments.
  • Prior experience in the real estate market, particularly the local UAE market, is required.
