Job Brief:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies and campaigns to support the company’s growth objectives within the real estate market. This role oversees digital marketing initiatives, content creation, advertising campaigns, and lead-generation activities, while working closely with sales teams to ensure alignment with business targets. The candidate must have strong digital marketing expertise, creative content development skills, and the ability to analyze campaign performance.

Job Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing activities.
Digital Marketing Management
  • Manage and optimize digital channels, including the company website, social media platforms, and email marketing.
  • Implement SEO/SEM initiatives to enhance online visibility and engagement.
  • Maintain content calendars and manage daily posting across platforms.
Content Creation & Branding
  • Produce engaging content for social media, blogs, website, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with photographers and videographers to develop visual content for listings and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure brand tone, messaging, and visual identity are reflected consistently.
Advertising & Lead Generation
  • Manage advertising budgets and campaigns across property portals, Google Ads, and social media.
  • Optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and generate qualified leads for sales teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting and messaging as needed.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Track and analyze marketing data and campaign effectiveness using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
  • Recommend improvements based on data trends and market conditions.
Job Requirements:
  • Mandatory: Prior experience in real estate marketing — residential or commercial properties within the UAE market.
  • Candidates should understand property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, Houza, etc), brokerage listings, and lead-generation for real estate sales.
  • Familiarity with UAE market trends, property advertising, and RERA marketing regulations is a big plus.
  • Proven ability to manage digital ad campaignsGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, and property portal promotions.
  • Experience managing social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) for property listings and brand campaigns.
  • Understanding of lead-generation funnels and how to track lead quality.
  • Ability to write and edit engaging marketing content — property descriptions, blogs, ad copy, and email campaigns.
  • Skilled in visual coordination — working with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce listings and promotional material.
  • Can analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, cost per lead).
  • Understands A/B testing and can suggest changes to improve results.
