Job Summary:
As a Master Technician specializing in heavy equipment, you will assume a leadership role in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery, with a focus on Excavators, Wheel Loaders, and Skid Steers. The role requires a highly skilled professional with ITI/Diploma qualifications, a minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in heavy equipment, and a proven track record in dealership settings.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the repair process for heavy equipment, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex circuits in machine hydraulics and electrical systems.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the service team to coordinate and prioritize repair tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities.

Job Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment, with a focus on dealership experience.
• Proficient in the electrical and hydraulic systems of heavy machinery.
• Ability to identify, explain, and troubleshoot complex circuits in hydraulics and electrical systems.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
