Job Brief:Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Membership Specialist to join their team. The Membership Specialist will be responsible for driving membership sales, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting retention efforts. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming experience for both prospective and current members while achieving sales and service targets.
Job Responsibilities:- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective members by providing tours, explaining services, and highlighting membership benefits.
- Generate new membership sales through walk-ins, referrals, outreach, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and conversions using CRM or membership software.
- Assist with membership renewals, upgrades, freezes, and cancellations in a professional manner.
- Support retention initiatives by building strong relationships with members and addressing concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotions and events.
- Meet and exceed monthly membership sales and retention targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times, both in person and through phone/email.
- Stay updated on company services, programs, and promotions.
- Contribute to creating a welcoming, motivating, and community-focused environment.
