Job Brief:
We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager for a packaging company in Dubai. The role is responsible for overseeing the overall manufacturing operations, ensuring high standards of quality, productivity, safety, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping operational strategies, optimizing processes, and driving performance to meet company objectives and customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the manufacturing function to meet budget and output targets while maintaining safety, quality, cost, and delivery standards.
• Develop and implement best practices, policies, and processes to improve overall operational performance.
• Ensure operational compliance with local business regulations and take corrective actions when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive business improvement initiatives and monitor target productivity levels.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth throughput of stock and meet production targets.
• Oversee the preparation and timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve operational issues.
• Contribute to cross-functional improvement initiatives in line with company goals and customer requirements.
• Stay informed on market conditions that could impact supply and demand, and communicate necessary adjustments.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and ensure risk assessments are conducted and adhered to.
• Design and implement efficient inventory tracking and control systems.
• Evaluate company performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders for business growth and capital strategies.
