Job Brief:

Our client is seeking motivated and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Engineers to promote and sell diesel engines, generator sets, air compressors, industrial machinery, and related engineering solutions. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and achieving assigned sales targets.

The ideal candidates will have experience in technical sales within the industrial equipment sector and possess strong relationship management and business development skills. Job Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities across government, semi-government, industrial, commercial, construction, oil & gas, utilities, marine, and defence sectors.
Promote diesel engines, generator sets, air compressors, industrial machinery, and associated products and services.
Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and technical presentations.
Prepare technical and commercial quotations in coordination with the technical and commercial teams.
Follow up on quotations and negotiate contracts to secure orders.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, EPC companies, and end users.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with service and spare parts departments to provide complete customer support.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and submit regular sales reports.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
3-7 years of sales experience in diesel engines, generator sets, air compressors, industrial machinery, or heavy equipment.
Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong technical understanding of industrial equipment.
UAE market experience is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
Experience in diesel engines, generator sets, air compressors, industrial machinery, power generation, heavy equipment, oil & gas, marine, utilities, construction, or related industries will be an advantage.
Strong business development, technical sales, relationship management, presentation, customer service, time management, and problem-solving skills.
