Job Responsibilities:Campaign Management & Optimization:- Design, implement, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and CLV.
- Manage budgets, bid strategies, and pacing to ensure maximum ROI and campaign scalability.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:- Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Provide actionable insights to improve targeting, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness.
- Deliver regular reports to senior management on campaign performance and trends.
Creative Collaboration:- Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful ad creatives that align with the brand’s luxury image.
- Continuously test ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to drive higher conversions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets.
Customer Segmentation & Targeting:- Conduct audience research to identify and target high-value customer segments.
- Implement advanced targeting and retargeting strategies to enhance engagement and retention.
Market Trends & Competitive Analysis:- Stay informed about trends in digital marketing, perfumes, and luxury goods.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
