Job Brief:
A dynamic and creative role focused on managing and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to promote premium fragrance products. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about data-driven performance marketing within the beauty and fragrance industry.

Job Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Optimization:
  • Design, implement, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns for performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and CLV.
  • Manage budgets, bid strategies, and pacing to ensure maximum ROI and campaign scalability.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve targeting, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness.
  • Deliver regular reports to senior management on campaign performance and trends.

Creative Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful ad creatives that align with the brand’s luxury image.
  • Continuously test ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to drive higher conversions.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets.

Customer Segmentation & Targeting:
  • Conduct audience research to identify and target high-value customer segments.
  • Implement advanced targeting and retargeting strategies to enhance engagement and retention.

Market Trends & Competitive Analysis:
  • Stay informed about trends in digital marketing, perfumes, and luxury goods.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
Job Requirements:
  • 5+ years of digital marketing for manufacturing industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience managing high-budget paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Passion for digital marketing and a deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior.
  • Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing platforms and analytics tools.
