Job Purpose:
To lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media and customer retention campaigns across multiple platforms. The role aims to scale brand growth through performance-driven initiatives while ensuring measurable returns in a fast-paced beauty and lifestyle environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Paid Media Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute full-funnel paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok, Snapchat, and Amazon DSP.
  • Align digital campaigns with product launches, promotions, and seasonal marketing objectives.
  • Conduct audience research and keyword segmentation to maximize campaign efficiency and relevance.

Creative & Strategy Collaboration
  • Work closely with the content and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and compelling copy.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing on creatives, placements, bids, and audience groups for optimization.
  • Ensure tracking accuracy through tools like Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tagging.

Budget Management & Analytics
  • Monitor and manage budgets across platforms and regions while maximizing ROI.
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and bounce rates to measure campaign success.
  • Provide monthly reports and performance insights to guide decision-making.

Customer Retention Campaigns
  • Launch and manage direct-to-customer campaigns including:
  • Email Marketing (e.g., Klaviyo)
  • SMS Marketing (e.g., Postscript, Attentive)
  • Push Notifications (web and app-based tools)
  • Build segmented campaigns to boost repeat purchase rates and lifetime value.
  • Ensure seamless integration and automation of retention flows.

Market Trends & Innovation
  • Stay current with advertising policies, algorithm changes, and emerging tools.
  • Identify opportunities to test new platforms and performance marketing strategies.
  • Drive innovation in digital marketing tactics tailored to the beauty and luxury audience.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with a proven track record in paid media and customer retention.
  • Strong command of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
  • Experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive, and push notification tools.
  • Skilled in Google Analytics, Meta Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and campaign reporting dashboards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mindset, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Passion for fragrance, beauty, and digital customer experience optimization.
