The ideal candidate will have proven experience in performance marketing within B2B or SaaS environments, strong analytical ability, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other paid channels.
- Drive lead generation and optimize conversion funnels to increase qualified leads and sales opportunities.
- Manage and mentor a team of three, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Plan and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI, CTR, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
- Analyze campaign data and deliver insightful performance reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to ensure a competitive advantage.
- Work closely with business development teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
