Job Brief:
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale paid marketing initiatives across multiple digital platforms. The role involves generating leads, managing budgets, and leading a small marketing team to achieve strong ROI. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in performance marketing within B2B or SaaS environments, strong analytical ability, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other paid channels.
  • Drive lead generation and optimize conversion funnels to increase qualified leads and sales opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor a team of three, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Plan and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI, CTR, and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
  • Analyze campaign data and deliver insightful performance reports and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to ensure a competitive advantage.
  • Work closely with business development teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Job Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in performance marketing, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
  • Proven ability to manage high-budget campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or consulting services industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems such as Zoho (not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive optimization.
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
