Job Brief:
A leading management consulting firm is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive its paid digital marketing strategy across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in executing lead generation campaigns and possess an in-depth understanding of the UAE's business setup or corporate services industry. The role involves managing and optimizing campaign performance to deliver high-quality leads and measurable business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance regularly, making data-driven adjustments to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Conduct keyword and audience research to ensure targeted and effective ad placements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and web development, to create high-performing ads and optimized landing pages.
  • Implement tracking systems using tools like Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and UTM parameters to ensure accurate performance reporting.
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently to achieve cost-effective lead generation.
  • Prepare comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights to support ongoing marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated with platform changes and digital marketing trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Job Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of key performance marketing metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.
  • Proficient in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Hotjar (or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to generate high-quality leads for service-based or B2B businesses.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in the corporate services, business consultancy, or similar B2B sectors is highly desirable.
