Job Brief:
The Planner will be responsible for strategically managing production schedules to meet customer demand while maintaining optimal stock levels. This role ensures the availability of raw materials and packaging, as well as the efficient use of machine capacity. The Planner will act as the central point of coordination among departments to ensure smooth production operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop realistic production schedules for specific products by analyzing customer demand, OTIF metrics, inventory levels, and cost factors.
Monitor and improve planning key performance indicators (KPIs) and support initiatives focused on continuous improvement.
Enhance planning processes by leveraging existing functionalities in Matrix and introducing best practices in line with Operations System standards.
Maintain clear communication with Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales, and Production to align daily operations.
Prepare monthly planning reports to track and assess performance.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning or a similar role. Experience in Powder & Paints coatings manufacturing is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
