Job Brief:
A dynamic FMCG distribution company in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Procurement & Business Development Executive to oversee procurement operations, strengthen supplier relationships, and lead initiatives for business growth and global engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in procurement strategy and international business development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Procurement & Supplier Relations:
Develop and manage annual procurement budgets, maintain optimal inventory levels, evaluate supplier performance, and deliver insights on order trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Strategic Planning & Forecasting:
Lead demand forecasting efforts and align procurement strategies with business objectives to ensure supply chain efficiency.

  • Negotiation & Cost Management:
Negotiate favorable pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions to ensure cost-effective procurement.

  • Sales Performance & Market Insights:
Analyze sales and market data to generate actionable insights and management reports for improved decision-making.

  • Operational Excellence:
Enhance procurement workflows, inventory controls, and reporting tools to mitigate risks and improve profitability.

  • Team Coordination:
Promote collaboration across departments, improve task execution, and support performance improvement initiatives.

  • ERP Optimization:
Lead ERP system enhancements to streamline procurement, sales, and finance processes.

  • Business Development & Global Engagement:
Represent the company at international FMCG exhibitions, identify new partners, and expand the company’s market reach.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in procurement, strategic planning, and business development, ideally in the cosmetics, perfumes or personal care industry.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and experience with process optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in sales and market data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interdepartmental coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience organizing and leading international trade exhibitions is a plus.
