Job Brief:The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for managing the procurement cycle, from sourcing and vendor negotiations to purchase order execution and supplier performance monitoring. This role ensures materials and services are sourced cost-effectively, timely, and in compliance with organizational policies to support operational and business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:- Coordinate the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders with accuracy, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Maintain and update supplier databases, agreements, and performance records.
- Resolve delivery delays, invoice discrepancies, and supplier-related disputes in a timely manner.
- Support cost control and budget monitoring initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Logistics teams to align procurement activities with business goals.
- Assist in internal audits by maintaining complete, compliant procurement documentation.
- Meet suppliers regularly to review products, pricing, and terms.
