Job Brief:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive with a mechanical background to manage and optimize our sourcing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring materials necessary for the production of custom display solutions, retail fixtures, and precision-engineered sheet metal components. The role requires strong negotiation skills, UAE market knowledge (especially Northern Emirates), and the ability to build relationships with reliable vendors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials required for production, ensuring timely availability and quality standards.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.
• Evaluate vendor quotations and prepare cost comparison sheets.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and design teams to understand material requirements.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and cost-effective practices.
• Coordinate logistics, delivery tracking, and warehouse receiving.
• Perform supplier audits and continuously look for new sourcing opportunities.

• Stainless steel and mild steel sheets (various gauges)

• Powder coating materials
