Job Brief:
A leading building services and water treatment solutions provider is looking for a technically skilled and commercially aware Product Manager to manage and promote grease separators and lifting stations. This role involves strategic planning, market research, product optimization, and active support of internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess an engineering background with experience in product management or technical sales, preferably within the building services or wastewater treatment sector.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of Grease Separators and Lifting Stations – from market analysis and product development to launch and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Act as the go-to product expert for internal teams and clients, offering training, support, and tailored solutions.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, gaps, and product development opportunities.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to develop or enhance products, ensuring compliance with relevant local and international standards.
• Engage with municipalities, authorities, developers, and consultants to secure approvals and registrations necessary for project participation.
• Support pricing, product positioning, and marketing activities in alignment with regional sales strategies.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including site visits and selection guidance based on sizing calculations.
• Participate in project design, technical specification writing, and deliver presentations to consultants and authorities.
