Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day manufacturing operations at our Abu Dhabi facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial production, team leadership, and continuous improvement methodologies. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflows, meeting production targets, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in a growing operation with future localization and industrial expansion plans.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all site production and order consolidation activities.
• Oversee daily production floor operations to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Manage and develop the production team to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Coordinate with planning and logistics for material availability and workflow optimization.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards and protocols.
• Monitor and report KPIs including output, downtime, yield, and efficiency.
• Drive lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as maintenance, QA/QC, HR, and engineering.
• Conduct staff training on SOPs, equipment usage, and safety practices.
• Respond to and resolve production disruptions, equipment breakdowns, or quality issues.
• Administer safety programs, maintain good housekeeping, and support HSE compliance.
• Submit timely and accurate production reports and maintain shift documentation.
