Working Days & Timings: Saturday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Job Responsibilities:

Set daily / weekly / monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Oversee and arrange required training for employees to improve their skills.
Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
Check production output according to the scheduled production plan.
Make sure all tasks should be completed as per the daily task list.
Submit reports on performance and progress to the concerned department.
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
Train new employees in how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Exhibition / Event industry is mandatory.
Knowledge of rough and finishing carpentry works, tools, equipment, materials, and safety practices.
Diploma from a technical institute or equivalent.
Male candidates only.
Immediate joiners are required.
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.
Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
Advanced skills in MS Office.
Organizational and leadership abilities.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Problem-solving skills.
