Job Brief:
Our client, a company operating in the refrigeration manufacturing industry, is looking to hire a Production Supervisor to join their team in Ras Al Khaimah.

The role involves supervising day-to-day production activities within the manufacturing facility, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards. The Production Supervisor will coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow, efficient resource utilization, and adherence to manufacturing schedules.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working in a refrigeration manufacturing environment, along with good knowledge of cooling systems and refrigeration equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities within the refrigeration manufacturing facility.
• Ensure that production schedules and targets are achieved efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor the manufacturing process related to refrigeration systems and cooling equipment.
• Provide guidance and support to the production team to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Ensure proper handling, assembly, and installation of refrigeration components and cooling systems during the production process.
• Maintain adherence to quality control procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Identify and address production issues, delays, or technical concerns to ensure continuous operations.
• Ensure that all production activities follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments such as engineering, maintenance, and quality control to resolve operational issues.
• Assist in improving production efficiency, workflow organization, and operational performance.
