Job Brief:

We are hiring for a Production Supervisor job in RAK to support our client’s manufacturing operations within the refrigeration and stainless‑steel production industry.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working in a refrigeration manufacturing environment, along with good knowledge of cooling systems and refrigeration equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities within the refrigeration manufacturing facility.
Ensure that production schedules and targets are achieved efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor the manufacturing process related to refrigeration systems and cooling equipment.
Provide guidance and support to the production team to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
Ensure proper handling, assembly, and installation of refrigeration components and cooling systems during the production process.
Maintain adherence to quality control procedures and manufacturing standards.
Identify and address production issues, delays, or technical concerns to ensure continuous operations.
Ensure that all production activities follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
Coordinate with other departments such as engineering, maintenance, and quality control to resolve operational issues.
Assist in improving production efficiency, workflow organization, and operational performance.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience working in a refrigeration manufacturing company.
Good knowledge and understanding of cooling systems and refrigeration equipment.
Experience in supervising or coordinating production teams in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control standards, and operational procedures.
Ability to manage team performance and maintain production schedules.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple production tasks.
