Job Brief:
Agile Consultants is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor for a leading stainless steel manufacturing company in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production operations, ensure quality standards, and support the team in delivering high-quality stainless steel products.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines.
Oversee fabrication processes for stainless steel equipment and furniture.
Ensure proper execution of stainless steel polishing and welding procedures.
Monitor quality standards throughout the production process.
Lead, motivate, and train production staff to achieve performance targets.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Identify areas for process improvement and support continuous development initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in stainless steel fabrication (equipment/furniture).
Strong knowledge of stainless steel polishing, welding techniques, and quality standards.
A graduate of any engineering or technical course.
Proactive, with excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
