Job Brief:
We are seeking an analytical and finance-savvy Project Controller to join our client’s heavy equipment and crane rental operations in Dubai. This pivotal role supports project pricing, budgeting, financial monitoring, and variance analysis to ensure profitability and project success. The ideal candidate will partner closely with operations and project teams to ensure financial performance is tightly controlled and well-documented.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead project budgeting and pricing processes, ensuring alignment with financial goals and cost recovery.
• Monitor project financial performance through detailed variance analysis, earned value tracking, and cost-to-completion insights.
• Prepare, maintain, and present financial reports, including cash flow forecasts, cost reports, and forecasts (Estimate at Completion).
• Support invoicing, cost tracking, and cost reconciliation with procurement, finance, and operations teams.
• Act as liaison between project, operations, and finance teams, ensuring consistency and control in project financial governance.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, and recommend course corrections or efficiency enhancements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and financial records for internal and external audit purposes.
