Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of projects within the hospitality/restaurant industry in Abu Dhabi. This role involves effectively managing project operations and ensuring their alignment with organizational objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and executing projects within the hospitality/restaurant chains.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure the smooth execution of project plans.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure adherence to set parameters.
• Communicate project updates and developments to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to facilitate project-related activities.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Provide administrative support to project teams as required.
• Address any issues or challenges that arise during project implementation.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute insights to improve project efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator/Operations Executive in hotel/restaurant operations.
• Nationality: Indian/Filipino/Pakistani.
