The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of projects within the hospitality/restaurant industry in Abu Dhabi. - Assist in coordinating and executing projects within the hospitality/restaurant chains.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure the smooth execution of project plans.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure adherence to set parameters.
- Communicate project updates and developments to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to facilitate project-related activities.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Provide administrative support to project teams as required.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during project implementation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute insights to improve project efficiency.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator/Operations Executive in hotel/restaurant operations.
- Nationality: Indian/Filipino/Pakistani.
